You will receive an email when your order is shipped, with your tracking number. Unless you are international, in that case there is no tracking number on your package, unless you add it to your order. (which I highly recommend)
It is important to know that international packages can not be tracked or insured unless you specifically ask for your item to be sent priority mail. Sending an item priority mail is an additional cost. Please request this in a note to seller upon checkout and I will send you an invoice to cover the fees. If you decline this service please know that while everything will be done to insure your items being mailed out safely and timely, we can not be held responsible.
I do not accept returns on any aromatherapy oil or skincare product for the obvious reason they can not be resold. I carefully list all ingredients and use only organic, therapeutic grade oils. Please be mindful when ordering to assure the ingredients are to your taste. Always feel free to ask me any questions during your ordering process. When ordering a custom blend, I work closely with you while I select the essential oils that will be most beneficial to you. I will let you know what oils I have chosen before I begin your product. Again, feel free to ask as many questions as you need to. These products are for YOU and I want you to love them and feel good.
With any my jewelry designs or accessories, I do except an exchange for store credit if I have made an error in the description. Please email me through my website at puresoulholistics.com before returning any item. I realize situations arise. I am probably one of the most understanding people you will meet, just talk to me about any concerns you have and I will do my very best to make it right!
